The Authority has completed its evaluation of all Statements of Qualifications submitted in response to the Request for Qualifications for Track and Systems (RFQ HSR19-13). NEWS RELEASE: High-Speed Rail Authority Completes Environmental Clearance into Bakersfield
Today, the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) issued the Record of Decision for the final 23-mile route between Shafter and Bakersfield in the Central Valley.
