Today, the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) announced the opening of the Avenue 10 overpass in Madera County – the second high-speed rail grade separation to open in the last month. The California High-Speed Rail Authority today announced the opening of a newly constructed overpass on Avenue 15 in Madera County that will allow traffic to travel over the existing BNSF railroad tracks and the future high-speed rail system. With construction activity increasing across the Central Valley, more workers are being dispatched to the project.
