Speakers Bureau

The California High-Speed Rail Authority Speakers Bureau aims to educate and inform the public about the California High-Speed Rail program (Program). The Speakers Bureau is made up of Program representatives and individuals that are available to speak to your group, organization, association or industry. Presentations can cover an overview of the statewide high-speed rail program and/or individual project topics including planning, environmental, engineering, construction, and business opportunities.

To request a speaker, the online Speaker Request Form found below must be submitted at least six weeks in advance. Speakers Bureau staff will follow up to the contact noted on the form to get more information about the event. You may request a specific program speaker (include name in online request). However, if your preferred speaker is unavailable, the Speakers Bureau will work with you to find a suitable replacement.

Once your request has been submitted and reviewed, the Speakers Bureau will contact you within two weeks. The Speakers Bureau cannot guarantee that all requests will be filled.

We look forward to working with you and providing your organization and group with information about the high-speed rail program.
