Business Plans are overarching biennial policy documents used to inform the Legislature, the public, and stakeholders on California High-Speed Rail’s implementation, and to assist the Legislature in making policy decisions regarding the project.

Project Update Reports are biennial reports for the Legislature on the status of California High-Speed Rail. The report, at a minimum, shall include a program-wide summary and details of each project section, with all information necessary to clearly describe the status of the project.

Ridership and Revenue Forecasts explain the approach the Authority takes to estimate ridership and revenue forecasting in regards to the high-speed rail system.

Economic Impact Analysis are annual technical supporting documents that show the economic impacts associated with the Authority’s investments and expenditures including job creation.
