Station Delivery Support and Technical Planning Services
The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure an agreement for statewide Station Delivery Support and Technical Planning Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an Agreement with a consultant to provide professional services to the Authority for Station Delivery Support and Technical Planning Services related to the delivery of the high-speed rail program.
The scope of work for the resulting Agreement will include as-needed Station Delivery Support and Technical Planning Services to provide technical program and planning expertise, including urban design and architectural expertise, administrative support, outreach and stakeholder coordination support, and guidance needed to conduct transportation planning, urban design, station delivery activities, and real estate analysis at Authority station sites statewide.
The not-to-exceed dollar value for the Agreement is $14.2 million with a three-year term. At the Authority’s sole discretion, the Agreement may be amended as necessary.
The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
- RFQ Release: December 23, 2022
- Virtual Pre-Bid Conference and Small Business Workshop: January 5, 2023
- SOQ Due Date: February 22, 2023
- Notice of Proposed Award: March 2023
- Notice to Proceed: April 2023
