The California High-Speed Rail Authority Small Business Program along with Norcal PTAC will host a “Project Management for Public Works” event on December 13, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

This workshop will cover the sequence of events that occur when a contractor is awarded a contract.  Subject matter covered will include mobilization, preparing a schedule, submittals, progress payments, efficient project management, change orders, and all related contract administrative requirements.
