The California High-Speed Rail Authority’s (Authority) Small Business Program along with the Small Business Development Center (Sacramento Valley) will host a virtual workshop titled “Who is SBDC?” on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The SBDC is a national program with over 1,000 service centers nationwide, helping to stimulate economic growth through business entrepreneurship and development. They offer no-cost assistance to small businesses in the areas of advising, training, and technical assistance through funding provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and California Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development (Go-Biz).
The workshop will cover:

- Economic benefits for Small Businesses and how it applies to you
- Success Stories
- How to sign up with SBDC
